Projects of the Research & Development Department that help us enhance the quality of our services, develop our competitiveness and optimize procedures, whether from an environmental or economic standpoint. In many cases, our activities fall within the Czech Republic’s own national strategies and strategic objectives. The projects are co-financed by the European Union.

The goal of the project is to technologically innovate the existing vibration equipment - equip it with special sensors (accelerometer, optical sensors, etc.) and, thanks to them, trace the effect on homogeneity and density of typologically different products.

The project aim is to digitize and automate processes in Svoboda a syn, s.r.o. This will be achieved by acquiring and implementing a new, complex information system designed to accommodate all in-house processes within one interconnected whole.

The project aim is to introduce a new technology of product compaction characterized by compaction taking place in the vertical direction. The device is called a vibration wall. The project will result in two vibration wall prototypes. Device functionality will be verified on a prototype of a mold for producing test bodies and in the pilot-scale production of double-sided exposed plates.

The project aim is to find opportunities for utilization of still largely inapplicable energy by-products (EBPs) from biomass energy plants, in very interesting areas that enable conversion of this waste material in combination with other secondary raw materials from other industries currently deposited at slag heaps or landfills into a product with high added value.

The project focused on creating a basic knowledge base associated with the change of the fuel base in energy plants in connection with further application in the framework of ash stabilizers. Energy plants replace part of the fuel base with wood material, which has a fundamental impact on the ecological parameters of the resulting products.

Based on research activities carried out to date and the promising results forthcoming, the project aim was to verify in practical conditions an energetically, economically and ecologically smart technology for the production of artificial aggregates. Subsequently, the technology was verified by implementing a prototype for the first interested parties. The intention was to refine the already developing technology of artificial aggregate production, and to apply it under practical conditions. The main objective is to offer this technology to producers or other investors of a smaller, local nature, who will acquire the production of lightweight artificial aggregate from sintered ashes.

The main objectives of the project was verified technology of the production and processing of lightweight concrete from our manufactured lightweight artificial aggregate, as well as a product prototype as a light structural element with subsequent certification for building modern, prefabricated houses, and a utility model for the technology of creating lightweight, thin-layer concrete sections. The main outputs of the project are product-oriented. The project aim is to support the production of prefabricated structures for modern living and specific purposes (buildings at risk of fire, etc.), and the production of lightweight concrete mixtures for structural concrete from materials based on treated secondary and waste raw materials, and their marketing.
